Unemployment rate in Austin Tx has declined 3 month in row.

Unemployment in Austin Tax has been declining over last 3 month, according to the news from Austin American Statesman.

- Employment has increased by 0.4% and added 3,480 jobs compared to March 2008.
- Unemployment rate has decreased to 5.8%.
- Austin is ONLY large metro with job growth.
- Leisure & Hospitality and professional service category is leading job growth while manufacturing job has decreased by 9.4%.

3 month consecutive improvement mean Austin area's economy has clearly bottomed. As Austin is named "best city for job growth", I see continuous improvement for Austin's job markets.
